 Some of our products include veneer, which is a thin slice of exotic wood or other authentic material used decoratively and to add durability. It is applied over a thicker backing for substance and strength. Veneers are usually fine, exotic or rare hardwoods. All online product offerings are from the  and are crafted by talented artisians and professional craftsman. Small irregularities in shapes, surfaces and finishes are intended and are the hallmarks of such craftsmanship and should not be considered defects. At best, finish photography is a representation of the actual finish and the actual finish cannot be reproduced in regards to the depth, clarity, and beauty of the furniture we offer. Measurements for our completely hand crafted products are an approximation of the actual finished products total size and may vary from piece to piece. Some furniture items may require some easy / minor assembly Once you place your order with us, your purchased items are shipped directly from our warehouse and/or factory to one of our inspection centers that is responsible for deliveries in your delivery coverage area and upon completion of the detailed inspection and packaging process it is then forwarded to your ship to address and therefor once ordered all sales are final. To be able to maintain high quality merchandise at our online pricing, we are unable to allow refunds, exchanges or order cancellation without substantial cancellation fees as noted here under the heading 'CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY'.
All orders are 'Special Orders' and are subject to all regulations and policies of your credit card provider that govern 'Special Orders'
Defective or damaged in transit items will be exchanged for the same item.
Most merchandise is shipped after a few business days of receipt of your order. Please be sure to inspect the cartons (packaging) upon delivery of your order and note on the delivery receipt if there are any visable damages to the cartons before signing the receipt. Our products are throughly inspected before shipping and therefor any damages to the product would have occured in transit. Please be assured that damages to your purchase is a very rare occurance but, nonetheless, is fully insured and your notation on the delivery receipt will expedite the repair or replacement process. In order for us to be able to replace the damaged item, you must repackage the item in its original carton with it secured inside with the original packaging material. We require that you notify us within three business days by telephone or email of any problems regarding your purchase from us, and that you provide us - within a reasonable length of time - with photographic evidence of the damage. Any damages that may occur due to your asking, paying or tipping the delivery personel, to provide services not originally contracted by us to provide, are your sole responsibility.
We are not responsible for damages if reported to us
after three (3) business days of your receipt of delivery.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancel within first 24 hours of placing your order for
a full refund or between 24 hours and 48 hours for a 85% refund. We are
sorry but we cannot issue a refund for cancellations after 48 hours of your placing of your order with us. Shipments refused at time of delivery or shipped back to us - without prior authorization from us - are subject to all the round trip freight, handling and packaging costs incurred by us and our agents plus a fee of no less than thirty percent of the purchase price.
We reserve the right to cancel
any orders placed with us. Should we choose to cancel an order our liability is limited to one dollar.
